I agree, there is enough in your post to identify the spammer, however I need the email also.
As silly as it sounds, I can’t accuse someone of sending spam if I don’t physically have the proof. It’s unprofessional to take your word for it, even though I do believe you’re giving me the correct information. Kinda like accusing someone of stealing without proof.
