Certification is a bit of a moot point as each certifying site has their own criteria and entry costs. There are plenty of other sites that give approvals too (Ecogra, Casinomeister – even GoonersGuide)

However, CAP certification tells you that are active participants in this forum and have been considered good for affiliates and players.
If you are a newbie – and are using CAP as your prime source of information then then you are best to stick to the programs listed and certified here – as you will get good communication and support.
As you gain experience – then you can fly further from the CAP nest and set up your own deals – but right now I would recommend benefiting from CAPs experience and sticking to the programs that are listed here.
That way you will not start out on the wrong path.
