Hey – Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, they told me that basically the thing for the certificate was a mistake on their hand, and they’re now removing quite a few other casinos that were using our certificate.
Regarding the status with 21magic. They assured me that everything had been said and done to prevent further troubles with those people. I didn’t get full details about “said and done”, but i believe it was straight forward enough to make everything stop.
Hopefully that’s the end of a very painful experience for everyone.
