I was just going to post a similar thread asking the same thing. I have been wondering what some of the larger sites do in reference to trademarks. I am going to be working on my mega site which I hope to grow into a large portal and I would like to cover all basis regarding protection so I don’t have the rug pulled out from under me. If any one has any insight to this I would really appreciate the input.
