From what I’ve seen The casinocity list is comprised mostly of sites listed on casinocity’s sites, and the outbound traffic to them.
If you want real data go look at hitwise or Alexa. I certainly wouldn’t consider that list to be definitive though.
http://www.metricsmarket.com is pretty good for benchmarking sites too.
