This will have to be done manually, finding the exact page and search string the spam is on. It has proved very useful to do it this way. For example for my own site I would first do a search mysite.com to find the spam. Then locate the spam without my domain attached to it and find the exact page it lies on. Google usually removes it within 24 hours using this method.
