It’s my understanding that anyone who accepts money from online casinos… no matter what form of payment… no matter for what services rendered… could be prosecuted for taking cash from “illegal proceeds” or “tainted funds”.
Directly from the mouth of the Washington State Gambling Director (when asked about prosecuting me in this state): ‘I don’t care if he sweeps the floors down there (at an online casino)… if he accepts money from them, those are tainted funds…’
