I see the largest problem with uncertified and new programs is you are risking your reputation. If you promote a program to a player, and they rip them off you have lost your creditability.
Of course the other problem is you don’t know if they will pay you, and you lose the power we have here as a united front to presure them to do the right thing. The programs that are certified are making a statement that they are here to stay and will work with us to solve problems.
(however I do promote some non-certified programs)
