I hope all is well. I would be happy to answer your questions, sorry for the delay.
#1.) We do not carry over negative balances, your balance would be automatically set to zero at the beginning of the month.
#2.)The winning player is not removed from the account.
#3.)The webmaster does not have to request a non negative carry over agreement.
#4.) There are no restrictions, it’s actually quite simple…if there is a negative balance it is just set back to zero.
