go to dnsstuff.com and enter the web addy into the abuse lookup (lower left)
it should report back a vaild email and contact info for the host.
Also a lil trick to make finding thieves easy is have a oddball link on your pages that goes to a page somewhere so you can see if it gets any hits from anywhere else but your site…
