Cpays claims that they have cancelled the account “aimer”
I think that they are:
(a) Lying, because the links all work, and don’t take the visitor to a page which reads “We are sorry but this link has been disabled due to the network’s acceptable use policy.” This is the message that a disabled link should show the visitor.
OR
(b) They closed his account, but have decided to keep the links active, so that they can keep on profiting from his search engine spam.
