I can agree that Party is very frustrating to deal with. My favorite part is that the affiliate area that deals with Starluck/Planetluck has no specific name and definitely no phone number. Even if you call the main number in the U.K. (which I did several times trying to resolve the problem), they claim the department in question doesn’t take phone calls and only corresponds via email.

I have gotten about 75% response rate using that email address which I guess isn’t that bad. I just think Party has gotten too big and is in need of a corporate restructuring to ensure quality service to affiliates. You might try signing up for a new tracker and seeing if you get stats on that one Dom. It won’t effect your old account issues and maybe you can get some credit for the new signups.
