Ok, if you go to the sites he is jamming up Google with you will find most of them are using a specific content management system:
It appears that this bastard found an exploit and is using that to load guest pages on thousands of sites using the Plone CMS.
Assuming he wasnt the author of the software I am hoping that by contacting Plone and reporting whats going on they can issue an update to all users and close this breach/exploit.
Boom overnight the problem goes away.
