In the UK there is a name you call noisey/self opinionated people that name is “Gobby” you could also call them by another well used name “tit” when I saw the name of his website “gobetit” I thought aha a non gambling site where people vent off on things as I read it as “Gobby Tit” but alas I was wrong.
