The percentage you see there initially is a % of the GROSS revenue.
According to their T&C’s,
Player Comps: Affiliate is charged their affiliate % of the comps given to their players.
So, all we need to make sure of is that the amount listed in that section is really the actual % of the total comps, then all is well because they could deduct the amount from the gross and take the 25% after that and you would end up with the same amount.
Maybe they should change the order of the summary and only work out the % at the end to stop confusion.
Obviously a few programs differ, but most work on the net gaming.
This is also nothing new at Focal.. it has been like this for as long as I can remember.
A lot of groups do that – deduct the bonuses etc (the percentage of them) from your gross revenue and work out your earnings from the Net revenue.
Just the way I see it.. maybe I am not seeing something.
