I think there are a few misunderstanding here. First, the Google sandbox only affects competitive keywords. Our site has been ranked on Google since we launched for non-competitive terms like “poker deposit echeck” and “click2pay poker”. We don’t optimize these pages at all, and continue to be on and off the first pages with Google. Not even 1 click per month BTW for those terms.
Competitive terms is what the sandbox affects, and really, “bonus slots” is the only one you have listed that seems competitive (less than 100 searches per month though). Darko is correct that your allinanchor ranking is the “real” ranking for your site, so it does seem that the other site you sold is in the sandbox. If you look up Addicted2slots.com in Google, your allinanchor ranking is 25, your real ranking is greater than 500, so definitely in the sandbox.
As for international domains and Google sites, the last I heard the sandbox only affected sites in US based results, though this may have changed recently. This may be why you think you have avoided the sandbox, yet are posting Google.au results. Not a lot of people searching there.
If you have truly found the holy grail of avoiding the sandbox, then you should be charging much more than $1000 for that trade secret. Actually, you should be dominating the SERPs with your own sites since you will make much more money that way.
Sorry, but your claims don’t add up.
