The “mandatory” for growing marijuana is seizing the offender’s possessions, ie. car, home, business, etc, and that was what i figured was going on after reading those phone transcripts, he is likely in the process of transferring his possessions over to friends/family(including websites)and keeping them out of the government’s hands

Let’s see now, we’re talking about America here

The pedophile who killed the Ramsey girl gets no jail time and is free to diddle about, so that would mean our webmaster bong buddy is looking at at least 10 years in jail, welcome to the land of Satan

My question is how can you not be high all the time living in the U.S.A.

In a related story, a 21 year old man in Kansas was sentenced to 7.5 years in jail for growing marijuana, so don’t expect Steve to be around anytime soon, especially since he has been denied bail(from what i figure), they take this offense very seriously, more serious than kiddie diddling apparently.

It may not seem like a serious offense, and i certainly don’t consider growing pot a serious offense, but i am not the government, those guys are rediculous

Time to pony up some dough for a good lawyer

As for the drug tax stamp…WTF
