Haven’t worried about these results as I’ve been only working with .com and .co.uk TLD’s. Though, there should be no reason that a .au, a .co.nz or any other Country specific domain couldn’t achieve the same results in their geographic google location specific SE.
If however your asking, would this service acheive top rankings for a .com in say google au, I’d have to say no it wouldn’t help. Again it’s not a SEO service. Though if you realyl want to get into AU engines espically google then there are ways to achieve that
