All the software companies that are speaking at the event have told me that they want to hear the affiliate’s opinions about their software, support and their licensees. More and more, software companies in this business recognize that affiliates are a major marketing arm for their licensees. They are also finding out that an affiliates intimate knowledge of casino software is one of the major factors in selecting an affiliate program to work with. They want to hear your comments and suggestions, good and bad.
I strongly advise affiliates to meet with these three individuals and speak up. You have everything to gain here. Any issue you have with one of their licensees are more likely to be dealt with as a result of your conversation with them.
