When booking your hotel, keep checking with the Stardust. Sometimes they get last minute cancellations and rooms become available.
But I wouldn’t count on it. I do recommend using http://www.Vegas.com to check for rooms. Hotels.com has become more expensive than booking the room directly. You can find rates for the Wynn at $299/night. You will need to look around for it.
