improper clicks, non-converting clicks, inadequately converting clicks,
I agree click fraud is a big problem, and that Yahoo, Google etc are unsatisfactory in how they handle disputes, but to sue for NON-CONVERTING clicks is rediculous.
The traffic doesn’t come with a gurantee of conversion rate, bounce rates etc.
Moreso, you’re given a lot of ways to target and filter traffic.
