Remove that POS clause, that will be positive for both parties! The affiliate will get paid their rightfully due earnings and you will keep affiliate.
Imagine someone has a large player base, but then they have several personal/website problems and don’t send any in 3 months, you would close their account down and cease their earnings; thats BS!
If you are earning money on players an affiliate has referred then that affiliate should receive their earnings for the life of those players.
Really stupid clause that is 100% predatory. :beatup:
