kwblue – in a previous post i explained the way we got involved with this spam activity. One of our media buyer was working for over 3 years with an agency. This agency was getting monthly budget to acquire players. We normally don’t get involved with their specific media buys, we just provide the funding. One of the campaign that they ran was with a company dealing with legitimate email marketing. Somehow, a spammer got in the loop and that’s how the problem started.

fictionnet – Send me the piece of spam that you receive and sending to http://www.caribbeanslots.net. This domain and the list that was provided by gamblingguards were setup for various reasons. One is to prevent any sort of email marketing traffic to land directly on our client’s domains, second are alternative domains for the italian market which blocks certain of our domains due to their laws and third as back ups. So if you received some spam going to the caribbeanslot’s domain i need to see it so i can make it stop.

Gamblingguards – We don’t use those domains to track any sort of spam as we don’t do any sort of spam. Those are generic site which can be used by anyone in order to send traffic to our brands. take your regular affiliate link, change the domain with one on the list below and you’ll see that the tracking works normally, as if you were sending traffic to our regular domains.

It’s your choice wether to believe me or not. I gave you facts and some internal information. As much as you hate receiving spam, i hate dealing with the complaints. It’s time consuming, it’s damaging our client’s name as well as my name and i really don’t need that.
All my carreer i’ve been straight forward with every business partner, regardless of the size and the value of the business. This has far more value to me then anything else.
