I think everybody is getting way ahead of themselves here.

The first part is almost standard in any agreement..

I went to a few randomly picked programs .. and guess what?

Any amendments, alterations, deletions, interlineations or additions to this Agreement shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided to You via e-mail or by display on the Site (hereinafter, “Notice”). I am sure that you will find something similair in every contract at all programs.

As for the second part of ensign_lee’s question:

5.4 Inactive affiliate clause – To remain active xxxxx.com requires you (the affiliate) send a mininum of one (1) active depositing player every six months. Should you not send an active depositing player signup within a given six month period, xxxxx.com reserves the right to class you as an inactive affiliate. An inactive affiliate ceases to receive commissions from xxxxx.com. Your affiliate performance will be evaluated on a month by month basis and special cases are exempt to this clause.

It seems crappy, but it is there for everybody to read before they sign up. So, either one accepts that or does not sign up. The only issue is when programs chane the terms AFTER you have signed up.
