Well, it seems as though the general feling around here is that it’s ok to call places out so that they can respond. These terms were from 9am.com . They’re the very first sponsor you see here at CAP.
I was looking at promoting some of their sportsbooks (nine.com in particular), and then I ran across these.
The reason I ask about the second one is what happens if I want to hang it up one of these days? I should sitll have LIFETIME revenue coming from these players, but what that clause says is that if I’m not promoting them currently, I don’t get access to any of my past work?
