I doubt that a mod said “no names” – CAP generally discusses these terms out in the open without problem – I think that ensign_lee is just unsure of the protocol here?
As for the two terms ..
I think that the first one is draconian and wrong …
Changing terms and then saying if you don’t like it then leave. We’ve been through this before and if the orginial deal is lifetime percentage then it should stay lifetime.
The second one …
Well it seems to say that if you’re not promoting us then you won’t get any further revenue. After all one depositing player in six months is hardly a stretch test …
…and even then they say that they’ll evaluate special cases.
It seems to me that if you’re making an effort and actively promoting then you will not be dropped. But the clause should spell that out.
