Part of the problem is their crappy download helper. The way it looks when you download is that you have to either already have an account or register while downloading. So the player registers, but once the casino is installed, they decide they don’t like the casino. Hence many registrations but few depositors. Do like almost all other microgaming casinos and get rid of that registration page. It makes more sense to do like Fortune does and require an email address to download.
