I experienced the same problem when I promoted referback. I never could understand it. The software tracks properly, they have the best software, a huge number of games, etc… but something scares away players after they have signed up.
I could get 50 real depositors elsewhere and only get 1 at referback. I obviously reduced the exposure. It’s a shame because the affiliate support is top notch. I just dont get it. I just wish that they would acknowledge the fact that there is a problem and try to fix it.
At one point in time referback dominated the market, and then this problem with conversions came up, not acknowledging the problem has cost them and everyone else a lot of money.
