New Zealand
USA (excluding Washington – others?)
Great Britain
Austria (Poker only)
Holland
Canada
Dominion Republic
Sweden
South Africa
Antigua
Barbuda
Belgian
Correct me if I have any of these wrong. What about any of the far east countries?
