I am reading about this business half a year now and I don’t understand Cpays.
1/ As a ‘starting’ visitor of gambling sites, or if you look for your first affprogram, Cpays is the more dominant out there. In reality, they are far from the best.
2/ As you said, other programmes promoting the same casino’s. I really do not get it.
