I’d say no.
I do daily updates and additions for sporting events and I’ve learnt that I need to have things in place around 48-72 hours ahead of the event in order to be sure that the update is in place on Google.
Sometimes it’s quick – sometimes it takes 2-3 days – it just depends where you catch the cycle.
So with that experience in mind – I think that it’s unlikely google will update itself 3 times a day to reflect your rapidly changing content.
