I honestly do not understand what needs to be discussed. Affiliate managers saying, we are talking to him, trying to contact him, sent him an email and now wait.. this is all bullshit.

I am getting so annoyed at this crap. Why is it so difficult for them to simpyl say.. “Take the content down, or you lose your earnings and your aff account will be closed – you have 24 hours!”
It makes me mad to see how these scums steal others work and enojy it. I guess that unfortunately, this is how this business works.

Let’s face it,
With new affiliate programs being launched at a growing rate and competition grows. I am sure that some existing programs might not rush to take down sites that eventually brings them free advertisement and might actually get their pockets fatter.

I am sure that each account is checked before contacting the stealing affiliate to see how profitable his account is if it’s profitable then why not close the accounts/sites after making some money out of them?
I am sure junk/unprofitable accounts are instantly closed.

Many of us can surely testify about this:
How many times have you launcehd a new site or joined a gambling forum and was blasted with invitations to join programs?

I have just got blasted with messages sent via my new sites “contact us” pages with offers, even from programs i never heard of.

I do not care how long he has to work to do that, he spent enough time copying the content, he can just as easily remove it.

Only one program so far has responded the way it is expected and that is Slotland. They closed his affiliate account witin a few minutes.. no discussion needed… it says that they will not tolerate content theft… and they have proven it. I wish the others would follow suit as this is the only way that this will be stopped.

I seriously wonder if the affiliate programs really do care about their own terms when except when they can use it to save a few bucks.

Basically it all seems to boil down to a bunch of bla bla bla….

1. I think CAP should keep track of programs that do not react against proven thefts. it can be a sticky thread for everyone to see.. this should encourage the programs to really act in a timely manner.

2. Frankly speaking, I would stop promote any affiliate program that encourage such clear thefts by simply closing its eyes and opening its pockets.
Moreover, I’ve been trying to keep tracks on theft threads and couldn’t help noticing that there are several programs that appear almost on any theft. I’ll not mention the programs but i’m sure others have noticed this pattern too.

3. Your domain is from 1998 while the other domain is from 2005, have you suggested reporting this theft to Google?
