Well this is hard to answer topic for all the affiliate industries.
Until I know there are not clauses in the terms of any program covering topics like inheritance, dead , will etc.
I know only one (not casinos) with some specific terms in the case of divorce.
Regarding this thread I vote for :
1)The transference of the domain names in the will covering the right to access to all the programs listed .
3)Then the beneficiaries must prove in each program their legitimate right to obtain the transference of the accounts.
Could be a tough proccess since you have to face many differents offshore jurisdictions with diverse legislations.
The easy way is to set up now a Corporation.
There’s not problem in this case.
