Hi Pam712,
We have tested all aspect of the download process – downloading the installer file through to the installation of the actual casino software, and it is working correctly.
I can only summize that this was a temporary problem connecting to the casino, and that the problem resolved itself.
Please let me know if you have any further problems, and I will try to address those as best I can.
