and that just adds to the disappointment.
We should be happy about the fact that the infamous lack of
support taking the blame for the massive decreases in our earnings?
And take comfort in the fact that you say the situation has
been severly improved?
I have had an occasion to contact CR support in the not so distant past
here and I disagree with your assessment of the situation. It has not improved…it may very well be that you have increased the amount of support you have to deal with the customers ..
but im my opinion…2 days is a long time to wait for an answer to a simple
password request…especially when there are quality venues out there that provide instant 24 hour live chat….and even support that answers phones which is also something I have never had happen with CR.
