We’re monitoring this one since weeks at GPWA. We’ve sent several mails to CP but they haven’t done anything about this spammer (or they said that they had corrected the problem but it’s still not corrected). There’s lot of information here:

This is a very important issue as CP does not do anything about a mass spammer and it hurts their credibility.
