Seriously, it’s better to learn about your errors than keeping doing the same thing, again and again. It’s how people get better!
As for timely payments, it’s still an issue around there. Some improvements, however. The day all casino affiliate programs will pay in time (with 2-3 days +/- as a limit), never short-paid… will be a good one.
