I look at it as a mix of the player’s point of view and mine.
First I cull according to player experience, I want my players happy so they will come back to me. Casinos that get a lot of player complaints or are blacklisted are out.
Then I figure that players will appreciate having a good selection of decent casinos, so in the second cull I take out only the ones that are worst for affs for various reasons.
Now I give top spots to the ones that make me the most money. The rest gets lower listings.
If I see movement from the lower ranks I move them up. If they are totally stagnant I drop them.
Things can change. I carry a lot of programs that make me very little money. Sometimes one suddenly does better and I move it up. You never know in the long run. casinos as well as affiliates have a learning curve, and I allow for that.
