There are two parties that need to approve it, firstly as Greek39 says, the forum has to allow it, however, Casino Partners also have to allow it as per their terms.

Any traffic coming from message boards and/or forums will be redirected to another location automatically unless exceptionally approved
If Casino Partners condones this type of promotion it sets a dangerous precedent. Laurent please see the light and tell the affiliate it is not appropriate promotion of the Casino partners properties.
