Indeed what we have found is true and accurate. I do not think anyone is going to be sued over anything. This is the world wide web developed where freedom of speech and open source is welcomed and respected. Legal action may come if we were to slander someone personally, this would be libel.
If this matter did end up in court, by which authority would prosecute and if a lawsuite was lauched I believe we have lots of evidence contrary to what 888 is saying. Not too mention who would be involved, some pretty high profile people pioneers, especially Raymond. He is all for the freedom of expression and can easily bring down Ziv to the point of begging.
I have seen this stuff before, threats only. Why is it 888 remains indexed on google is beyond me. I have heard some aff programs have been suspended from google for less harmful stuff than what 888 is doing. I know I will be hanging my head out there. The facts I have are pretty tuff to dispute.
Just last night I found at least fifty scrapes from engineers site. But I have not covered that topic yet.
