The state’s gone from trying to control gambling, which is legit, to trying to control people speaking about gambling.

It’s hard to take coming from a state that bombards us with pitches for the biggest sucker’s bet of all. You know, the one they call the lottery.

I read an article today in NC that says they will fall $23 million short of the estimated $423 million the thought they were going to make on powerball.

Then one state rep says, when someone from NC wins the powerball, revenues will increase.

Come on! Isn’t that and every State run commercial in Washington promoting Gambling!

Guess it is only wrong if the State isn’t making money. I wish they would pick on someone with the resources to fight this thing big time! Then again, they probably wouldn’t pick on them.
