I agree with you it seems suspicious. The server is managed by the Chinese hosting company CNC. They are legit and probably China’s largest comunications company.
But if you look at this whois xhttp://whois.domaintools.com/microsoft.com.cn and xhttp://whois.domaintools.com/microsoft.cn
and compare them to yours…, I think you are onto something.
