I’m an affiliate of GF for many, many years, and last week I tried to login.
I got an incorrect login error. I thought that was strange. I tried my affiliate links, and they worked, but they redirected me to another affiliate code. I didn’t knew what was going on! So, I was sending traffic, but not getting recognition for it? Other links in the same page, but for other partners (UPP for example), were bringing me thousands of dollars, so it wasn’t an inactive site.
I contacted your Partner Support and they told me that due to “recent inactivity” my account was closed! What??? Was that in your terms years and years ago? They told me that I could open a new account. Of course I won’t do that. I don’t think that closing an active account, with depositing players in the past, is the way for a long partnership. So I keep working with another partners, with whom I am for more than 4 and a half years, without a glitch.
I didn’t write anything about it here, because I saw that you were no longer certified, so it wouldn’t lead anywhere. I thanked your partner support for the quick and courteous answers and that was it. But now, I think that this should be public.
