The casinos country laws?
The players country laws?
The affiliate country laws?
Or perhaps even the affiliate contract terms?
CPA and revshare often have very differnt terms.
As you can see there is a matrix of possible answers depending on the legal jurisictions of the three parties – and the exact nature of the affiliate deal.
