Take some simple steps to protect your email addys if you really want to display them.
my address (AT) mydomain DOT EXT
example > billybob (AT) casinoshop DOT COM
Also when possible you can create your email address as an image to prevent it from being crawled.
Of course, if someone is targeting you and your addresses to spam others neither of these steps will help you with that, but they will help in other areas.
