I’m certainly no legal eagle, but this is a list I have kept, should the need arise. I agree, some arguments are rather weak.
In regard to the bogus guy who makes a deposit which you get paid from, there is no way that anyone can prove that you got paid from that bogus U.S. person. I would check with legal counsel, but believe that this is a possible strong defense. As long as the sites that you advertise corroborate your story about you only being paid by foreign players, I think you have a case here. Also, your legal disclaimer about people gambling in illegal jurisdictions should cover any redirected traffic sign-up, and put the onus on the gambling site itself.
This administration has turned this country to %*^& !! Big Brother does what it wants, and the moralistic pitch is what sickens me – the land-based casinos continue to pop-up all over, and as long as there is money involved (and tax revenue), it’s all fine and dandy. Such hypocrisy !
Look at the very worst case — they bust you as a test case, and you get fined (no way, they jail you !). Then you take your story to the press, get on every talk show that you can book, and begin authoring your 1st book, since your name will be household by then. Opportunity will knock, and you will collect in other ways.
Hopefully, your compliance plan, puts you in the clear, and you never have to deal with prosecution.
