That doesn’t look good. I would say block their IP address but it would just piss them off.
Do you think it would help if other affiliates that live in Washington State to block all addresses in Washington state area? I know there are many ways around it and you would lose members/users but it may help for a while. Or am I just being stupid.
Also transfering the domain to a private domain would probably help.
