I consider the host’s uptime. Alexa gives the speed of a site/server for what it’s worth. Actually, a host may be in one location, but depending on what banners, stat counters, etc… a bunch of servers can be involved. Sometimes it’s better to save banners locally and link them than have them served remotely.
