You did forget the time span for the promotion: From the cpays site:
The promotion will run from June 1st to July 2nd (included).
I like this promotion as it sets reasonable (read: reachable) goals and especially the extra CPA is nice. Money is still the bottom line.
What a pitty that my site will be launched in … august!
Btw, is Cpays the only program which promotes 32Vegas?
(I recently saw a thread about other programs covering Cpays proporties and I am still confused.)
