I emailed the ACLU and pointed them towards this thread yesterday after I first read the post, I don’t know their point of view regarding gambling, but IMO their is more than gambling being discussed in this thread.. it’s my home.. thats the part that really gets me.. someone is trying to tell me what I can do in my house.. I could see if they were telling me not to beat my kids, someone needs to protect kids when parents don’t.. same deal for child porn.. someone needs to protect those kids to.. but frankly if I want to sit here and squander my life savings thats my business..
I LOVE the escrow idea.. it would also give ppl like me, a chance to donate enough to make a difference before it matters 
and it would open this up to all of the webmasters in Washington that stand up for their rights.. so that this law doesn’t spread throughout the rest of the 50 states .. Can’t keep up with you big boys yet
I also encourage all of you to send emails to your senators, again if you already did.. get out a pen and paper too, write them a letter.. Send a quick email to the ACLU too, http://www.aclu.com
